Before Your Rental
The best parties start with a little preparation. Here’s how to help your rental day run smoothly.
Before you book
- Choose your event date, event start time and requested equipment pickup time.
- Tell us the event address, venue type, surface and any fixed delivery or pickup deadlines.
- Share access restrictions: stairs, gates, hills, parking, elevators or a long carry from the truck.
- Let us know whether stakes are permitted and whether you believe a tarp is needed. Our team confirms the setup plan.
Get your space party-ready
Send a clear photo of your preferred setup location. Clear pet waste, sticks, rocks, leaves, clippings and other obstacles before arrival. Keep the delivery route clear, and tell us about irrigation, underground services or other concerns before anchoring begins.
Power, water and space
We will confirm the space, overhead clearance, power and water requirements for your specific equipment. Do not assume another unit’s requirements apply. Tell us about outlet locations and water access when requesting your quote.
Choose your service
Customer pickup: approved equipment only, weekend rentals, with an appointment and required training. Friday pickup 3–6 PM; Sunday return 4–7 PM or Monday return 8–11 AM.
Premium service: professional delivery, installation, breakdown and collection. Requested exact-time appointments need confirmation and may carry a separately disclosed charge.
Know your responsibilities
Plan for a responsible adult to supervise use, follow the equipment’s posted rules and keep the setup unchanged. Review the rental agreement and the unit-specific instructions before the event.
Weather and changes
Tell us promptly if your venue, timing or setup location changes. Weather decisions and cancellation terms must follow the agreement confirmed with your reservation.
