Choose a theme and guest count; we’ll suggest quantities and matching colors. Supplies are purchased separately from your inflatable rental and shipped directly to your home by the supplier.

Suggestions: table setting sets, serving extras, decorations, invitations, and take-home favors. Let shoppers edit each item and quantity; do not force a bundle.

See the real delivered total

Every item will show its selling price, pack size, stock status, estimated shipping and arrival window, tax where applicable, and the separate party supplies total before checkout. We aim to price the supplies at supplier landed cost plus 10–20%, subject to minimum contribution after payment processing, shipping, returns, and support. No price or delivery promise is live until a supplier and connection are approved.

Delivered to you

Enter the shipping address and event date. We will check the supplier’s cutoff and a safety buffer before allowing an order; last-minute orders may be unavailable. After purchase, receive order confirmation and tracking. If a package is delayed, missing, or damaged, contact MOVANTA and we’ll own the handoff with the supplier. Rental equipment still follows its separate pickup or professional delivery schedule.

Two weeks out

Your event check-in can include a gentle link to finish the table and decorations. We will only show items that can arrive in time. No add-on is purchased or added to your rental without your approval.
