Every rental needs a suitable site, approved anchoring, and a responsible adult supervising use. Your agreement and item-specific instructions govern operation.

Weather

Deflate inflatables when winds reach 20 mph or conditions become unsafe. Stop use during lightning and severe weather.

Power

Use an appropriate outlet within the stated 100-foot limit. Never daisy-chain extension cords. Keep the blower powered during use.

Anchoring and placement

Grass setups need approved stakes; pavement and other non-stakeable surfaces need approved ballast. Do not move anchors during use. Allow the full footprint and clearance from structures, branches, and overhead lines.

Supervision

An adult supervises at all times, follows posted participant limits, and separates users by age and size as instructed. Keep shoes, food, drinks, and sharp objects out.

Pickup instructions

Every approved pickup item will receive a QR-linked video and written checklist covering placement, anchoring, power, supervision, weather shutdown, emergency deflation, rolling, and return. Item-specific guides must be ready before pickup goes live.
